Ok, so a lot of you are asking if we r moving to the new mod insurgency...ins...  well.......... the question is what do you guys want to do? move it or no? or does someone volunteer to buy a ins server... well   want to hear some responses. thanks.

Well, can,t we have a server on BattleGrounds 2, INSURGENCY (Maby one day become a Hafe-Life 2 Gaming Clan).  I used to be in a Clan/Community that plays about 50 different games that are FPS base, each with their own clan server.  I had about 15 of the games they play on and I played them all when they scrimmaged with other clans.  That was when I was younger and had alot of free time on my hands.

Now its just Half-Life 2 mods and Nintendo Wii and DS.

So why don't we have 2 servers, one on BG2 and on INSURGENCY? or can we only have one?  I am saying this because we are growing.

Because each server has a monthly charge, and its not right to make tax and agent pay for two servers by themselves, other members would have to pick up the tab on the second server

I agree with Hova, some of us don't even play insurgency and don't even care for a server in there. Stick to the basics anbd if you want an AP insurgency think about finding fundings inter-clan but I personally wont switch over.

Well, yea. That makes sense.  I would help fund, but I am helping fund for a forum that I help run already.

I hate insurgency. Its the complete opposite of BG2. You are always camping and hoping you don't get spotted. Why are we even having this conversation about it?

Penism, There is not very many places to camp in insurgency.  I have spotted every camper and kill every camper with no problems.  Plus, I hope you get used to campers because that is what they do in real life.  You can also camp in BG2. Duh! So why do you not hate BG2 as well then?

hmm Insurgency well i can give some helpful tips based on my other cod clan. Don't start a sever till you have a good number of players for it and don't over load the game with severs like cod2 where there is 3,000 severs. Look at this area ~TWL~ they talking about the same thing and if they go to that you don't need a sever to run the game. Most of the bigger clans buy a sever just to run ~TWL~ games so see whats going on... i give site for ~TWL~.

Dude modern warfare sucks, INS is better than CSS but thats not saying much.  Plus there's already a ton of INS servers as opposed to the 3 or so active US BG2 servers.

The nice thing about our own server would be:

We get to regulate it. Rotation, bans, server mods etc, rather than depending on others. Also we can scrim if we decide to play, and also play in a league if we decide, and not have to worry about other servers crashing or not knowing how to run the rules.

My only objection would be, that the game is still fairly new. No one really knows what the future of it will be as of yet. People are playing it now, but they suck horribly and no one plays the game like its supposed to be played. No one talks on the mic and tells people where they are going. Its just CS with different weapons, and no one is playing it like its a squad based game.

If we had a server, with a decent server mod, and a good amount of clan players who could play regularly and make it worthwhile, I say go for it. But I wouldnt do it until the game is more stable and there is at least one good server mod out. I go in servers every day that  are playing 9 on 3 or 14 on 5 and no one switches teams and then everyone leaves.

As far as the game itself goes, I think its alright, but it is WAY more fun when there are a few people talking on the mic telling people what they are doing and where to go.

Well my friend.  You are right about a few things; However, WHAT server are you PLAYING ON??? Really man, When ever I play the game I am always talking to people and barking orders when I am the Commander.  I have had played with people that actully played the game like it was made for.  I have never ran across a server that does that.  Plus I have found 3 good server to play one that people are always on that I have come to known.  Also, I have friends that follow me to what ever mod I play and they alway talk to me.

The best time to catch people that talk and play like a squad on the mod is at night on the weekdays and the weekends.

I didn't know that there are 7725 severs lol

It adds up every online game server you could possibly think of (Battlefield 1942 - 2142, All STEAM games just to name a few) and gives each of them a rank. So getting anything less than 10k overall is pretty damn good. As far as being number 2 in the game rank; |AP| is still under the tront server

fuck tront.....  damn euros....   well   ins server is looking to be up in about 2 weeks....   once i get back from vegas(if i win)   if i dont itll be only 3 weeks till a server is up....   i really would like to have a server there... also... HP...   could u figure a way to auto assign people so we dont have 9v3 bs
